Many local estate agents are owned by parent companies or linked to banks or building societies, some of whom are more interested in selling mortgages or insurance rather than houses. We aren’t and therefore our commitment is purely to the customer and their interests. The property market can change quickly, so our independence gives us the flexibility to change with it.

Our advice is free and impartial. The most important thing is that it is straight forward with absolute honesty. Whether you are looking for advice on the state of the general property market, how to present your home to maximise its potential, or an update on an accurate and true valuation of your home, even if you’re not looking to move, then either call or email us to take advantage of our property experience. Furthermore, we are delighted to have a strong network of local contractors who we can help you to leverage the support and advice of from mortgage and legal advice, to fixing a leaking tap.

Getting value for money

Not all estate agents are the same. There is no standard fee in estate agency it can vary from agent to agent. Whilst fees can differ, so can the service and choosing the estate agent purely by the cheapest fee will invariably be a false economy. Every property that we are appointed to sell, let or manage gets the same attention regardless of price or size. We are committed to giving each property maximum exposure not only on our website but on national property portals numbering amongst them Rightmove and Zoopla providing 24 hour a day advertising. Both internet and social media advertising are imperative but should form only part of a marketing package and our guarantee is to take a proactive approach and call suitable applicants from our extensive mailing list, to sell them your property’s benefits and match it to the perfect buyer.

Our commitment

We are available 7 days a week, so contacting us is easy and our commitment goes further. Whilst our opening hours are between 09:00 – 17.00 on weekdays and 10.00 – 13.00 on Saturdays, we will endeavour to work to your timetable, so out of hours appointments is always an option that is available.

Accompanied viewings

Accompanied viewings are important because the feedback that the viewer gives to us as an agent will be very different to the impression that they give the owner. Viewers are generally polite and not willing to give negative comments directly to the owner and we are looking for the truth so that we can provide you with the correct feedback and advice. Unless requested otherwise we will always attend the appointments when possible.
