Not all estate agents are the same. There is no standard fee in estate agency it can vary from agent to agent. Whilst fees can differ, so can the service and choosing the estate agent purely by the cheapest fee will invariably be a false economy. Both internet and social media advertising are imperative but should form only part of a marketing package and our guarantee is to take a proactive approach and call suitable applicants from our extensive mailing list, to sell them your property’s benefits and match it to the perfect buyer.
We are available 7 days a week, so contacting us is easy and our commitment goes further. Whilst our opening hours are between 09:00 – 17.00 on weekdays and 10.00 – 13.00 on Saturdays, we will endeavour to work to your timetable, so out of hours appointments is always an option that is available.
Accompanied viewings are important because the feedback that the viewer gives to us as an agent will be very different to the impression that they give the owner. Viewers are generally polite and not willing to give negative comments directly to the owner and we are looking for the truth so that we can provide you with the correct feedback and advice. Unless requested otherwise we will always attend the appointments when possible.
