Staffordshire Area Guide
Staffordshire is a landlocked county in the West Midlands of England. Our rural county borders with Cheshire to the northwest, Derbyshire and Leicestershire to the east. There is Warwickshire to the southeast and both the West Midlands and Worcestershire to the south. Shropshire can be found to the west with a good mix of both urban and rural communities throughout.
From adrenaline pumping rides on some of the world’s best rollercoasters, to relaxing walks among free-roaming endangered species, Staffordshire residents have contrasting options on offer.
Those who are inspired with the past can explore 1000 years of Staffordshire history in ancient cathedrals, medieval castles and magnificent stately homes, or potter around factory shops from our world-famous brands.
Alternatively you can get a taste of Staffordshire, with tantalising menus and ales to savour at the home of the UK brewing.
